1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for purchased AI credit packs, provided that the credits have not been used. Once an AI analysis is generated, the credit is considered consumed and is no longer eligible for a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@flday.app within 14 days of your purchase. Please include:

• The email address associated with your flday account.
• The date of the purchase and the transaction ID (if available).
• A brief reason for the refund request.

We will review your request and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Free trial credits, partially used credit packs, or refunds requested after the 14-day window are not eligible for reimbursement.
